Bruxelles

Just 1 week to relax in Dublin, and abroad again, this time in the European Capital: Bruxelles. Here everything is ordered, it has its own place. It's a sunny day, warmer than the capital of Celtic where we came from. As always we don't waste time and we run towards the main acctractions of the city.

Grand place, always worth a visit towards the Manneken Pis, the guy who has been pissing for years. A can of Guarana' in a Brasilian small shop before going to the Atomium, the new-style architecture outside the city.

I'm watching through the windows, we are watching through the European Capital. Nothing is gonna stop us...the trip is gonna continue... Thanks

Barcelona, Barceloneta, Gaudi Ramblas and Sangria

Easyjet brought us straigh to Barceloneta. We dont waste time, we want sangria. Hostel in the Ramblas, the empty street in the late evening and amazing in the early morning, plenty of people. We are lucky as we saw the ‘castellers’, the famous 'human towers' during the festivities. We are lucky, as we see people dancing and singing in squares, with a very warm wheather and we cannot avoid to drink and eat sweet thinks.

We are not tired yet, so down to the Ramblas, towards the harbour. We stop sometime to drink a glass of fresh sangria and some slice of pizza. Up again towards the Ramblas, among Gaudi amazing architectures and Placa de Toros. This time I want to enter the Sagrada Familia even if a big queue is not smiling at us. The Park Güell is a nice spot, unfortunately the sun does not stop to beat on our heads.

Barceloneta for fun, with a "sexy beer" in hands and a philippine-massage for the regeneration process. Out bikini or not? Cocco? Let's go to the water? hum... A really nice place to stay, 3 days spent with the right person. Thanks again :)

Madrir - Spain

Here we go. Spanish capital: Madrid with a very warm weather. We knew it would have been like this, so we tryed to enjoy them most of our first destination in Spain. After putting on my Spanish hat and Gaby her Mango sun glasses, we started to fly...
Up and down to the city, always with a bottle of water/powerade/the'/coce in hands: we couldn't survive otherwise. Plaza Mayor launched the set of amazing pictures took in the land of Spaniards. Royal palace with its labyrint gardens where I started to put the base of tan on my body and the Almuden Cathedral before tapas in the front-bar.

Im still hungry, let's go Gaby.
No, before I want to go to the Prado Museum.
Ok, but I'll wait for you outside under the shadow because I'm tired.

We walked under 36 degrees without water for long time, towards the Communic - ations Palace and finally we got the metro towards the turistis center for a deserved meal and then a nap at the hostel before the night out.

Free-offered cups of sangria, tour in the young night spots of the Spanish Capital and ice creams ended up our first full day here. Thanks Gabrielinha. :)

Surprise party: happy birthday Luca

Such a good surprise. An usual day at office, waiting for friends to have a chat and a glass of wine. No Luca, come back home, I don't want to come there. I have to finish to write something and Im gonna came back home soon.

As soon as i came back home..... the rest is history :)
