Maccheroni al sugo Vs young A.L.

I'm leaving, direction seaside, I'm going to visit my grandmother in the southern Italy. It is supposed to be one week in which I can eat what I want and my grandmother is the best cook of the world, of the shoutern Italy. I like "maccheroni al sugo" as weel as "Focaccia" and other delicious dishes.
